If we need to connect to your servers we can either use the connection details you have previously provided us, Remote Desktop or TeamViewer.
If you do not have TeamViewer installed and running, you can download the Quick Support version from our website Salamander Quick Support and run it on the server where Salamander is installed. Once installed, please let us know the ID and password. The connection is broken if you close or minimise your RDP session, so please keep it open – it can be hidden behind other windows.
