Supporting the move to the 2021 Academic Year

Now we are past the Summer Half term, we know many will be preparing for the new Academic Year. To support this we've updated our FAQs and are hosting Webinars covering the most common aspects of the rollover.

FAQs

Now we are past the Summer Half term, we know many will be preparing for the new Academic Year. We have refreshed our FAQ’s, which explain some of the processes that you can expect to happen. This has been written to cover the most common questions around user accounts and groups, as well as the Teaching and Learning platforms you might be using such as Teams for Education (via School Data Sync) and Google Classroom. We have also covered areas such as your new intake and leavers.

You can see them here: https://www.salamandersoft.co.uk/salamander-integration-suite-rollover-faqs/, and linked from our Support Home page also.

Webinars

Additionally, we are hosting several webinars over the coming weeks, lasting a maximum of 30mins. You will be able to submit questions via a form during the webinar, which we will collate and respond to after the event on our website. Recordings of the webinars will also be available on our website.
