Google Classroom Activity Report

24 May, 2020

SalamanderSoft has recently released a new feature for our customers of our Integration Suite – the Google Classroom Activity Report.

This report is designed to be used by IT Administrators to provide an overview of how Google Classroom is being used within your school – an especially useful tool at the moment where students and staff are utilizing remote learning!

The default view of the Google Classroom Report lists all Classrooms set up within your Google tenancy and provides status information for each Classroom – such as whether it is Active or Archived, how many assignments are in the Classroom, whether Google Guardians is enabled for the Classroom and who the Class Teacher is.

You can click on a Classroom name to see more detailed information about assignments set in the Classroom – including what they are, when they were set and when they fall due. The report is built as an HTML page and as such access can easily be exported and distributed provided to Heads of Year and those who need to be able to see information relating to the utilization of Google Classroom at your sites.

The report is available to all customers of the Salamander Integration Suite (Formally Salamander Active Directory) – if you would like the Google Classroom Activity Report adding to your Salamander installation, please email us in the usual way and we’ll set this up for you.
