As we work as a community to prepare for the impact of COVID-19 and the impact that it has on Education, I wanted to share how we are approaching the current situation and the steps we are taking to minimize any negative impact on the services we deliver.
We are committed to keep providing our support services for our customers and are working very hard to support the increase in support requests we’ve had as schools prepare themselves in this time of uncertainty.
We have taken these steps and will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves:
