Managing Director / Founder
Richard started SalamanderSoft in 2007 after a successful career as a software developer. Wanting to start his own company and with experience in integrating school systems he set out to build the best integration system for schools and to exceed customer expectations. He starting out on his own, doing all the coding, support and sales until finally the growing number of customers meant he needed to start growing the team. He is still heavily involved in coding the core Integration Suite product in addition to running the company and being the first point of contact for prospective customers.
Head of Operations
Jon joined SalamanderSoft in November 2013 and heads the teams that build, deliver and supports the company's products and strives to ensure the highest customer satisfaction in everything that the company does. Having spent almost 15 years supporting the needs of Schools and other academic establishments, Jon brings a broad range of technical experience and passion to the role Outside of work, Jon volunteers with the Scout Association.
Kris joined SalamanderSoft since May 2015 after previously being an ICT Technician at a High School for 8 years. Kris is now employed as Projects Coordinator which deals with Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities providing them with a larger scale Salamander solution. Outside of work Kris loves spending time with family, going to the cinema and playing Xbox (When I get a chance!)
My name is Alan Treloar, I have been part of the Salamander team since February 2017 and I am the Installations Coordinator. I’ve previously worked in Solutions Delivery for 20 years in the Civil Service, as a Community Rugby Coach for the RFU and in schools in various IT positions, lately as the IT Operations Manager at a multi-academy trust. I enjoy watching and playing Rugby and spending quality time with my family.
Stuart has been with SalamanderSoft since September 2014 having previously worked as an IT Manager in a number of Schools in the South West for almost 10 years. As Support Coordinator, Stuart brings this experience to leading the team delivering our Service and Support - aiming to continue to meet the needs and challenges our customers face; focusing on customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Stuart enjoys family time with his wife and daughter often either at the theatre or being keen National Trust members - exploring the South West countryside and stately homes.
