Salamander Redirect web part allows you to redirect a user based on the OU they are in within Active Directory.
To use you simply enter the OUs and redirect urls into a list in SharePoint and place the web part on the page. The most specific OU which the user is in will be used to redirect them.
For a school (site license) or per server otherwise, the cost is £200 + VAT.
